The Dice Jig was built to fix all the issues with an urchin style bait, such as choosing the right hook, how to rig, the bait deforming, and how to store it. The strong 1/0 VMC hook holds up to big fish and has a high hook up ratio since the “urchin body” is made up of a thick hand tied rubber skirt by Greenfish Tackle. The rubber skirt also allows for no bait deformity and packaging in a small, slim bag. A custom wire form is attached to the skirt collar, which allows for any loop style weight to be added or swapped to find the right fall rate. The bait is to be worked just like other urchin baits but with less problems.

"We fixed all the urchin issues with the Dice Jig," said Missile Baits owner John Crews. "Ike and I worked together to get this thing right. It is so slick, and I don’t think I have ever seen him this excited about a new bait. I personally caught some studs on it in testing"
