Building on Lew’s farthest casting platform, the Lew’s BB1 Pro Speed Spool Casting Reel is packed full of features that give anglers top-level performance on the water. Built around an ergonomically tapered aluminum frame with graphite side plates for lighter weight and rugged strength, the Lew’s BB1 Pro Speed Spool Casting Reel houses a P2 Super Pinion bearing support gear system, which provides precise gear alignment, resulting in smoother operation and extended gear life. It also features a premium 10-bearing system and an externally adjustable 6-pin, 27-position QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking System that ensures long-distance casts.
Equipped with a carbon fiber drag system and Drag Out Alarm that dishes out 20lbs of drag power, the Lew’s BB1 Pro Speed Spool Casting Reel features a bowed 95mm anodized skeletal aluminum handle with custom paddle grips for increased cranking power. Built to meet the demands of tournament anglers, it features a braid-ready, high-capacity aluminum 35mm spool and an aluminum spool tension knob with a patented Speed Dial line indicator. Complete with a dual stage titanium-coated line guide positioned farther away from the spool to minimize line friction for maximum casting performance, the Lew’s BB1 Pro Speed Spool Casting Reel provides tournament-grade performance that anglers can rely on day in and day out.
