Imakatsu, who is particular about hair, has developed a subtly stiff elastomer material that is 'not too soft, not too hard,' derived from numerous samples. The hair growing in 16 directions blends the hook into the silhouette, and since the silhouette looks similar from every angle, it's hard for bass to grasp the shape or see it out.
Supports short and long leader downshots and jig head wackies, as well as mid and hover stitches for through-thrust shots. On site, the 1.8g short leader downshot, 1.8g jig head wacky, and 2.2g through wacky rig are effective.
The basic hook set is to hook the body constriction area. When shaken, the body spins violently back and forth, triggering a barrel roll action. The important thing at this time is to 'keep shaking without stopping.' It's recommended to shake at a steady rhythm and move a bit slower, and perform larger actions. This action changes the face of the big bass.
