All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. When shipping, we are given a time frame of 1-3 days on standard shipments. However, we cannot control delays that happen once the package leaves our facility. Given the pandemic, we have seen periodic delays. Why the rod came in perfect and is a great feeling and performing fishing rod. The aggravation I had to go through with the USPS service to even be able to pick up this rod 6 days later than it should have arrived was ridiculous. Hope other customers don't have as much problems with USPS as I did.
